Personalised Market Tote - Black Jute

After waiting a very long time and sending an email to ask for my product, I can only give them one star. It took 13 days to arrive, much longer than stated and they donot respond to emails. Unfortunatly it arrived too late to give as a gift which is such a waste as it's personalised. This is my third time of ordering from them and my second poor experience, I won't be ordering from Tillyanna again.
